- Abstract
- This study addresses the question of determining the contribution of steel fibers to the dynamic stiffness and strength of reinforced concrete members; including the effects of loading history and cracking. An experimental research program is currently in progress with the objective of the identification of an appropriate mathematical model that can be used in earthquake resistant design.
