- Abstract
- The purpose of this workshop was to provide a forum for a critical review of the status of tsunami research. The program sessions offered presentations to analyze six main topics: tsunamigenic earthquakes; tsunami generation; tsunami propagation; coastal transformations and terminal effects; numerical aspects of tsunami modeling; and coastal protection. Tables, graphs, and maps supplement the text.
